Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 15, 2026 Last Updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how C.A.P. Organization LLC, doing business as Tru Power SEO (“Tru Power SEO,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at trupowerseo.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Site or the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or the Services.
Who We Are
The Site and the Services are owned and operated by C.A.P. Organization LLC dba Tru Power SEO. References in this Policy to “Tru Power SEO” mean C.A.P. Organization LLC and its dba, Tru Power SEO. We are the entity responsible for the personal information described in this Policy (the “controller” or “business,” as applicable under the laws that apply to you).
If you have any questions about this Policy or our privacy practices, you can reach us using the details in the Contact Us section below.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
Information You Provide to Us
When you contact us, request information, sign up for our Services, fill out a form, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide:
- Identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address;
- Business and professional information such as your company name, job title, industry, and website;
- Account information such as a username, password, and account preferences;
- Billing and payment information (processed by our third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers);
- The content of any messages, requests, or other communications you send to us; and
- Any other information you choose to provide.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit or interact with the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, including:
- Your IP address, device identifiers, and general (city/region-level) location;
- Browser type, operating system, language, and device type;
- Pages you view, links you click, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits; and
- Other usage and diagnostic data about how you interact with the Site.
Information We Receive From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including:
- Visitor-identification and data-enrichment providers, which may associate your visit to our Site with business contact information — such as your name, company, professional role, and business email — using their own data and identifiers, so that we can follow up with you about our products and services;
- Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and LinkedIn);
- Lead-generation and marketing partners; and
- Publicly available sources.
Cookies, Analytics, Advertising & Visitor Identification
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Site, analyze usage, measure marketing performance, and deliver relevant advertising. These include:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site;
- The LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads;
- Retargeting/remarketing technologies, which allow us to show you ads for our Services on other platforms after you visit the Site; and
- Visitor-identification services, which may match your visit with business contact information so we can reach out about our Services.
You can decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our Site, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. For information about how Google uses data, see Google’s privacy and advertising policies; you can opt out of personalized advertising through the Google Ads Settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tools.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them, except where we are required to treat a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control) as a valid request to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Services;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Process transactions and send related information such as confirmations and invoices;
- Communicate with you about our products, services, offers, and events, including by email, phone, and text message (see the Communications & Text Messaging (TCPA) section below);
- Personalize and improve your experience and develop new features and offerings;
- Conduct analytics, measure marketing performance, and understand how our Site and Services are used;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
Where required by law, we rely on a lawful basis to process your personal information, such as your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Communications & Text Messaging (TCPA)
By providing your phone number to us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Tru Power SEO at that number for purposes that may include customer service, account or transaction information, and marketing. These communications may be delivered using automated technology.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing calls or texts in order to buy our products or services.
- Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Tru Power SEO is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
- Opt out at any time. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any message, and you can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly. Reply HELP for help with text messages.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your number and consenting as described above, you acknowledge that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and that you will notify us if the number changes.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may, however, share or disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email and marketing platforms, and customer-support tools.
- Advertising and marketing partners. With advertising networks and partners (such as Google and LinkedIn) and visitor-identification providers, which may involve “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under certain state privacy laws.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
- Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Tru Power SEO, our users, or others.
- With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share your information or otherwise consent to its disclosure.
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, and we use industry-standard security measures to do so.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely store it.
